How can anyone be upset with immigration besides the native Americans. This entire country is all immigrants.
Makes the world such a more beautiful place. Would be boring if everyone was bob.

Irish immigrants were/are culturally similar to most Americans. Nothing like Somalian/Muslim/Middle East immigrants today – completely different value set.

My great-grandparents came here from the Emerald Isle after WWI (Dad’s paternal grandfather) and after the failed Irish War of Independence (Dad’s maternal grandfather), respectively
