Could be any townhouse development in America
This looks almost identical to the part of Plochingen, near Stuttgart, where my great-aunt lives in Germany. The spacing between the houses, the church in the background…
We have cities filled with this type of blocks in the Netherlands, mostly designed and builded in the mid-sixties onward end seventies. Decent familiehomes.
