No. Article 5 happens when a Nato country gets attacked by an outsider and hence NATO has to help repeal the intruder. It doesn’t appeal when the NATO nation is the intruder on a war they started

Article 5 assumes that a NATO country is not the aggressor; the aggressor clause speaks to that but so does the nature of the alliance itself, it’s meant to be a deterrent not a gang.
