[OC] Free Museums of New York City

I created an interactive map of free museums in NYC for my senior BFA thesis! This is a new version of an old post because I wanted to make it better. You can filter by museum type and day of the week, as well as by your resident/visitor status and if you have a Culture Pass or any of the other free programs.

Written in HTML/CSS/JS using MapLibre. Data from OpenFreeMap, OpenMapTiles, and OpenStreetMap. Data sourced by me from nyc.gov and other free museum lists. Data is up to date as of today, 3/10/26.

I have never made anything on this scale, would love some feedback on UI/UX, data quality, bugs, or feature improvements. And do let me know if you end up using it!
