Irl, the guy wouldn’t probably think much different, as one of two things are being implied:
1. Underground Dude never saw a woman in his life, therefore woman is not “sexy” to him, simply a weird looking “not-man”.
Or, 2. Underground Dude was part of an Underground Nation of people, who included women, therefore *maybe* sexy, but probably more like “how could she possibly *mine* with those massive mammaries bouncing around every time she swings her arms?”
