Good luck enforcing it on old devices. Guess I’ll never buy a new computer or smart phone again.

    2. Mfrs when they’ve been told over and over it was coming, but chose to ignore or downplay it

    3. What’s the downside? Like I get that people don’t like the concept of the government keeping tabs on you, but they already have all your information. Is it just the principle?

    4. Be loud and make it clear. Primary every idiot who proposes these bills and votes in favor of them.

And if they just ram them through, protest them. Everywhere at all times. Make life he’ll for them.

So your $5 Alexa controlled LED lights now require a fingerprint sensor.

    6. How could they tell from appearance?

I know 18-year olds who look 40, and 40-year olds who look 18.

    7. These mother fuckers don’t care bout the children. Otherwise they would actually force the justice department to release the rest of the epstein files with the proper redactions, and prosecute epstein’s associates.

    8. This works for them in two way. They either get the biometrics and exact online activity of everyone or the people who decide to drop the Internet now have a harder time organizing

    9. Good luck enforcing that on the people who use custom OSes
Also, how does a router or switch or anything that doesn’t have a camera or fingerprint reader (like video game consoles) run an age verification?

    10. Conservatives will freak out over a Democrat doing it but will just nod along when Trump inevitably suggests it. They won’t even register the irony when he says he’ll do it to protect children from paedophiles.

    11. Yeahh no absolutely no I’m good. I might just keep my current phone that is at EOL and run it forever lol

Why aren’t the parents raising the damn children, it’s not the government’s job to teach children about the dangers of the internet.

      Edit: spelling
