Just like modern Christians modern Muslims dont have to accept everything in their ancient book.
People pretend like Christians didn’t use their old ass book to suppress women.

I get what she means, a more liberal Muslim that doesn’t believe in raping women (hopefully) in the same way not all christian women believe women can’t wear pants or get a job. Though maybe they need a separate name to not be associated with the more traditional public beheaders.
