I replaced the battery on my J7 prime ( one of the earliest J7 Prime to leave the factory) and flashed an experimental Evolution X Android 16 ROM on it.
Safe to say, it works just fine, apart from the brightness issue (due to software of course).

Oled burn-in can be really bad sometimes. My dad had a phone that wasn’t that old, but he had some stupid clock app that showed the clock at full brightness on a black screen when he charged it at night and the burn-in was ridiculous. The screen looked pink like this.
