Duke Karl’s Chamber at Gripsholm Castle, is the castle’s only fully preserved room from the Vasa period, and is one of the oldest Renaissance interiors in Sweden. The décor is virtually untouched since the chamber was created for Gustav Vasa’s youngest son in the 1570s [1772×1732]
