Yup, we need Ukraine to win and to join the EU not just for the massive economic gains it will eventually lead to but because we would have arguably the most modern fighting force with us. Even the most selfish reading of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict for a European should mean closer and deeper cooperation.

I’m curious.. if it were just Ukraine Vs Russia, with the US and the west not caring, how would things have turned out.. things could have gone from bad to worse very quickly were it not for the military assistance
