The two in the middle have already an explanation in the story. Blonde’s husband got her pregnant but had no idea she was too young to have a kid plus her family is like super rich and maybe mobility so things end up being fine.
The red hair love her boyfriend very much but boyfriend was very sickly and she wanted to at least have something that will symbolize the love between her and her boyfriend. So she had artificial insemination and uses her boyfriend’s sperm and got herself pregnant with his kid before the boyfriend died of an illness.

So both top and bottom(forgot their names) would have been 24 when their daughter’s were born the age isn’t concerning, top just looks like her daughter because dad’s genes didn’t try worth shit for any of their children, bottom looking younger i have no reason it is genuinely concerning and kinda disgusting and considering it’s not even a in universe joke(to my knowledge) makes it worst atleast the animes with chain smoking 6 pack drink chuld looking teacher and blue haired chibi highschool girl that sometimes turns into a catgirl and looks identical to her mom minus a beauty mark use the characters looking like children as a running fucking joke that gets brought up atleast once
