I’m a natural night owl forced to be a day walker. If it wasn’t for my wife forcing me to come to bed I’d be up most nights till 2-3 am. My natural biorythm has ne falling asleep just after sun up.

THIS………..HITS. I have the nasty habit of having to listen to something while I try to fall asleep & a good podcast will keep me awake, same with a book, so I usually end up with a repeat of something murder-y or mystery – latest jag has been the OG “Forensic Files” on HLN…Peter Thomas’s voice is purely hypnotic 🤪. “City Confidential” used to do it, too…my man Paul Winfield had the same lullaby effect. But FFS if I happen to come across a fascinating “How It’s Made”? I’m sucked the fuck in & left debating whether or not it’s too late to take a Benadryl…
