I believe there have been interviews with David Yost, the original blue power ranger actor, talked about how after having the longest stay on the show, longer than any of his co-actors, he eventually left the show because members of the cast and crew harassed him for being gay. The fact that we’ve come far enough for power rangers to have a canon lesbian couple is amazing, and the fact people like this see this as a bad thing is horrible
