change.org to relocate Punch to “a sanctuary specializing in primate care”

I like Punch the orphan macaque bullied in a Japanese prison zoo. But this change.org petition is such a facepalm. They ask authorities to relocate Punch to a sanctuary. What sanctuary? And why just Punch?

What about mobilising for some real change and demand that zoo prisons be shut down and primates moved to sanctuaries? Oh and mobilise to actually fund said sanctuaries? People need to see big picture, systems, causes, not just sentimentality isolated cases.
