My mom reached out recently and said my little brother was getting into Pokemon and was wondering if I would let him borrow my old 3DS. I felt really bad for saying no, but I’ve had it for 14 years, and it still in working condition. And I just couldn’t garuntee he would take proper care of it.

I just showed mine to my 5 year old a few weeks ago, he was very disappointed that he couldn’t play with them. They will remain safely in storage for now

Model kits are not toys. Simple as that. As soon as they can make their own model kits, they can do whatever they want with them

My brother has a room in his house full of transformer toys from the 80s and 90s his children have never been allowed to enter.

Have you ever successfully ‘reclaimed’ a toy you gave away, or did you just have to sit there in silence while a toddler chewed on your rarest collectible?

I would genuinely eradicate my future son from existence if he EVER touched my Lego sets ðŸ˜

Is it actually ‘wrong’ to ask for it back if the new owner isn’t even using it, or should you just suck it up and buy a duplicate on eBay for three times the price?
