Dying would make my mom sad. And my dog would wonder why I never came home. It ain’t much, but it’s what I got

    2. Food. Liquor. Sex. My family. Video games.

I get what they’re saying but let’s not be dramatic. My life isn’t that great but I’d definitely rather be here than not.

The truth is every breath is a gift.

Every moment we are alive is an opportunity for joy.

Things might not be great right now but we will persevere and it will change.

Find the happiness where you can and live with a love for life.

You have the ability to revive authenticity every day.

This is the only shot at life I get. I’m all in on whatever shit reality I’m in.

    5. Look I feel the despair too but there’s tons of good music being made, you just have to make the effort to find it

    6. Sounds like someone having a bad day.

      There’s plenty to live for.

Personally I’m alive out of the spite.

I have graves I need to dance on.

So I have to out live some folk.

    7. This tweet is valid, but I would also counter that we as individuals can make our own authenticity, and we can create things for ourselves and those closest to us.  But ALSO, having nothing to live for makes for the perfect fodder for revolution, so viva la.

    8. My mom would probably expect it at this point. And I ain’t got no pets so …. I’m pretty ready to go honestly

My 2 year old sons big brown eyes and his smile. It’s like a reset button. My life’s never been more challenging but then I see him and I’ve never had a stronger sense of purpose

    10. Music and movies aren’t getting worse at all, Ive heard this argument since I was a teenager it’s exhausting. And romance isn’t dead you just have bad experiences (or maybe you’re the problem).

    11. Everything is gonna be okay. At least that’s what I tell myself whenever the anxiety starts up again.

    12. When the ‘to-do’ list for modern life is just a list of things that no longer exist, you know you’ve officially reached the ‘late-stage capitalism’ level of the simulation.
