      Most people treat improvement as accumulation.

      More skills.
      More habits.
      More systems.

      But many improvements are just better extraction
      from the same behavioural pattern.

      Efficiency often means:
      doing the same thing with less waste.

      Not becoming something different.

      Exploration is different.

      Exploration destabilizes before it improves.
