      Took a train from Germany to Copenhagen and couldn’t have been more shocked when we pulled onto a ferry for a few hours. It was wild.

    2. According to them internets, this was built for coastal defense prior to WWII, but is used now by privately owned diesel powered rail carts. The rails are made with a high-manganese steel which resists corrosion from seawater.
