This ad looks to be from the early 1960s. I was a young kid then and several of my dad’s friends lived in mobile homes. They actually weren’t too bad, and the trailer parks were pretty nice since most of the residents had yards,gardens, etc.

You can get some pretty fancy mobile homes nowadays. Im sure the ones back then were pretty nice compared to the average shotgun house.
