The other one was better honestly. This one is too absurd, it pulls you out.
Title makes it obvious what the joke was going to be from the start. Kind of defeats the purpose of a skit if you give away the punchline

I’m slightly exaggerating, but he would literally bang on the door starting at exactly 11, and would stand there waiting until you left. Absolutely unabashed about it.
