      they can put in as much as they want. Your body is only going to absorb a very small amount thru the stomach.

      Can cause some people to get really bad acne! I stopped taking a megadose b12 supplement and my year long acne problem disappeared in a couple of days.

    4. On the plus side, if you ever get lost in the wilderness, just urinate off the nearest cliff. The rescue team will see it from miles away. (excess B vitamins make your pee neon yellow.)

    5. It a water-soluble vitamin. You absorb only what you need and pee out the rest. That’s why your urine is really yellow after taking a multi-vitamin, 5-hour energy, or anything that is loaded with B vitamins.

    7. It is listed in micrograms instead of milligrams, like all the others. Listing it this way makes it look like a much larger amount. 500mcg = only 50mg, and most literature recommends 250-500mg (not mcg) of B12 (nicaminatide) per day.

    9. B12 is water-solluble – any excess your body can’t absorb will just harmlessly pass through you.
      On the other hnad, excess B6 (and the limit for what excess of B6 is is quite low) can very much cause a lot of nerve damage, including death

    10. My vet had me tube a calf with a five hour energy shot when he was listless and wouldn’t stand or suck a bucket.

    11. B12 and caffeine are both metabolized by the same enzyme. So if you take 10,000 units of B12, it makes the caffeine in your system last a LOT longer.

    12. I used to drink spike energy drinks that had 41670% b12 percentage lol. It had a warning saying never exceed 1 can daily.
