they can put in as much as they want. Your body is only going to absorb a very small amount thru the stomach.

On the plus side, if you ever get lost in the wilderness, just urinate off the nearest cliff. The rescue team will see it from miles away. (excess B vitamins make your pee neon yellow.)

you ever noticed the luminous green piss you have after drinking these? haha

Try methylene blue instead

It a water-soluble vitamin. You absorb only what you need and pee out the rest. That’s why your urine is really yellow after taking a multi-vitamin, 5-hour energy, or anything that is loaded with B vitamins.

If you ever want to feel true invigoration, get a B12 shot.
Talk to your doctor first, of course.

It is listed in micrograms instead of milligrams, like all the others. Listing it this way makes it look like a much larger amount. 500mcg = only 50mg, and most literature recommends 250-500mg (not mcg) of B12 (nicaminatide) per day.

Why would the company waste resources putting so much B12? They could easily redirect that funding to other nutrients

B12 is water-solluble – any excess your body can’t absorb will just harmlessly pass through you.
On the other hnad, excess B6 (and the limit for what excess of B6 is is quite low) can very much cause a lot of nerve damage, including death

B12 and caffeine are both metabolized by the same enzyme. So if you take 10,000 units of B12, it makes the caffeine in your system last a LOT longer.

I used to drink spike energy drinks that had 41670% b12 percentage lol. It had a warning saying never exceed 1 can daily.

Your kidneys are filing a restraining order against you right now. Get ready to have neon radioactive pee that glows in the dark.
B12 bioavailability doesn’t really change per dose, apparently only [1.2](https://www.mdpi.com/2072-6643/16/23/4157) mcg actually gets into your system.
