    1. Was it necessary, was it that’s all she knows what to do, was it because it kept it active. People are afraid of changes and maybe retirement at 50 or 60 would have been a big change in her life.

I’m not judging that, maybe that job made her happy for 65 years. And she would rather be at work than somewhere else.

I would like to know how she got around mandatory retirement laws? A family business? Both of my in-laws were forcibly retired. One in her 60s the other in his 70s only because they were paying him under the table for a while.

I knew of a guy who worked at SSP fittings in Twinsburg OH from 18-65 running the same machines. He retired for a few years then went back to the same place and worked until he was forced to retire 85.

just imagine how many gossips about cheaters/infidelities she can tell throughout those years ..

Jesus christ. This isnt something that should be celebrated. There are bankers, movie stars, ceo’s, sports super stars that earn enough money to retire after 40. Human life is precious, our consciousness might be unique in this universe and we force people to work the same job for 65 years of their limited life. We are such a dumb species.
