Its all basically the warp and we are consciously holding our atoms from fusing with the particles we call air, otherwise we are already there

    2. Which wouldn’t be so wrong.
Most things got a little mixed up, but most religions speak about being reborn till you live a innocent/pure life.

If you think about translation errors, the most religions will stay the same (not about the story’s more about the overall big thing)

    3. Spoken like someone who spends every waking second consuming internet outrage media. Go outside and better yourself.

    4. He really went from ‘Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?’ to ‘Why do I live in a pineapple under the sea?

    5. I find it fun that people both don’t believe in god and believe reality is the most anguish we can experience so on the chance that a religion is real they’ll be living their most imaginable anguish now and when they die they’ll go to hell which in all religions is a place significatly more horrible and horrid that life

    6. I’ve always thought the original thought behind the concept of heaven and hell is that you create your own heaven or hell in reality based on your actions and thoughts. This seems to be more in line with Egyptian thoughts on morality where Anubis would way your heart to see if it’s light as a feather to determine if you go to hell or whatever because it’s ultimately your own sense of morality and principles that affect what you feel shame and guilt over. Some people feel bad taking the last cookie and others feel totally fine scamming people out of their life savings. I’ve always been optimistic that true happiness comes from living somewhat ascetically with simple purpose and community. For example, part of the evil that billionaires impose on the world is because they’ve ultimately lost their humanity and connection to reality. They “have everything they ever wanted” so they do fucked up things to even be able to *feel* again. They endlessly pursue even more wealth and power because it’s the only thing that gives them any sense of purpose anymore. This is a kind of hell, though obviously not even close to the hell that the underprivileged feel every day.

Just some random thoughts. I’m not religious at all but I do believe in mental health as partly “spiritual” in a non-magic way. Living true to yourself for love and connections with others is a kind of heaven. Living in a way where you gain love and respect of others while standing on your principles and morality is personally rewarding and will help to avoid regrets type stuff.
