Americans thinking politics as left and right only. The problem is MAGA moving up in the political spectrum, towards authoritarianism. Not right on the horizontal axis.
Bottom left and bottom right are perfectly understandable positions to take. It’s just taxation and entrepeneurship stuff. Vertical axis is the issue. Freedom, democracy and liberal values are at stake. Top represents totalitarianism, fascism and communism, no matter which shade of colour it comes in.
