Swims in the deeper water, walks at the beaches for that dramatic effect. Daniel Craig stole it from him in his first Bond movie.

I think i learned about this in school. It has something to do with the light being scattered on the surface or something /s

the water is not that deep a mile off shore when he starts walking, he swims otherwise

    4. Lots of people have never heard of swimming. Minus zero zilla could have gone to the Olympics for Japan.

Maybe his ankles are like Jesus’s feet and they are natural floation devices that is why his foot is submerged but not his ankles.

    6. He kicks his feet so finely it looks as if he floats along.

Like those water dancers in Water Ballet

Things literally become bigger under water, next time whan you go to a beach or pool put your face under water and look at your legs, they’ll look just like that

    8. Does anyone have the meme where he’s just kicking his legs Really hard in order to stay on the surface?

    9. You should see how crocodiles walk on their hindlegs underwater with just their head above the surface.

Also look at hydrographic charts of typical harbor areas. They tend not to be that deep in many places compared to how tall godzilla is.

    10. I might be wrong, been a while since I seen the movie, but from what I remember Godzilla always swims in deep water? And only emerges upright in shallow one?
