    1. How do we know you didn’t open a pill manufacturing facility and do that yourself for this picture

    2. Careful with the kitty, paracetamol is poison for cats, it kills them in like 1 to 3 hours

    3. My assumption is that these capsules contain plain white paracetamol tablets. Perhaps still prudent to skip this batch.

As a manufacturer myself I can tell you this is a big mistake. This is something which was visually identified but the chances of other QC failures might be highly possible. The blister machine is supposed to be cleaned thoroughly before you start a new product which was not followed through correctly. High chances of other active ingredients being mixed with this batch of paracetamol cannot be ruled out. Report it to the manufacturer, their batch is compromised. Note the batch number for yourself and if you choose to get the same pill from the same manufacturer avoid getting the pills from the same batch number.

    6. This doesn’t look like a tablet end to me. This looks like probably a piece of the mold that they use to form the pills. Similar to a lot of candy companies, it seems to be some kind of starch or flour that they end up re-pressing and reusing to different sizes and different pills as needed, with some kind of press that compresses the pills into shape.

Obviously, report it anyway just in case, but that’s what this looks like to me since the piece looks like it fits to the shape of the pill.
