One day I was walking around and there’s a house beside mine that was abandoned basically. Well, I had two of my cats with me on a walk. A squirrel fell out of the tree onto the metal roof, slid down, and hit the ground. The two cats chased it and it vanished.
So I walk over there and look around. Just as I look to my left, it was on a small sapling tree like a couple feet from my face, jumped over my head, landed, and was chased by the cats up a tree.
Just a story I was reminded of.

I dont see any evidence that this squirrel left. Are you sure there isnt a frozen squirrel in that crater below the snow?

I was literally driving today and noticed a squirrel tail sticking straight up out of the snow and couldn’t see the body at all.
