Sharing my 2025 ManicTime data.

    I started probably back in 2022-2023, I thought that my best currency (after money of course) was time, what was I doing with my time, first year i just tracked without planning or organizing, then i started to do some plans for year +1.

    I also use Daylio as combo for my "IRL" habits, waking up at 5 or 6 or 7, how much meat eating, no pasta? learning german or new language? vacations?

    I quit my job last year (march) to start my Master's (officially september, but i started studying in april), and the data clearly shows my transition from student to full-time academic work.

    Two big takeaways I'm working on:

    1. Twitch time to improve: I use it to fill 'dead time' between studying, which needs to stop.
    2. Sleep schedule: I stayed up way too late in 2025.
    3. Gaming: I played too much LoL. My goal for 2026 is 0 hours of gaming. (im on 3th february, still 0 days of gaming)

      Loved how social media usage peaked and descended every 2 months.

      Did you track anything manually too?

      If yes, then to what precision? I mean 10min 15min 5min 60min…….
