Are we throwing the bullet at the squirrel? Clearly wasn’t fired and still in its casing. 🤷🏼♂️

Definitely not enough, gotta bring out the .50 BMG

“Is it? Lol”— No, it’s perfect. The squirrel had it coming for stealing my bird feeder seeds.

I’ve hit one with a .22 mag HP. The other side was gone. I couldn’t imagine what a 7.62 would do, beside kill it, skin it, and cook it

Squirrel didn’t sign a waiver, but it’s too late now.

A friend of mine that lived in a cabin in the mountains used to hunt squirrels with a .45-70 trapdoor Springfield. He’d hold the point of aim just inside or outside the squirrel itself. When the bullet passed by the squirrel at near contact distance, the shockwave would instantly kill the little fuckers and they’d just drop. If he aimed just a hair too close, they’d vaporize. Squirrel gravy is absolutely delicious. WAY TOO MUCH black pepper is the key.

I’ve shot chipmunk with 762×39 and all that is left was a skin tube with two feet. It clear gutted him from the head through the ass. 22lr sub-sonic is also too much! use 177 pellet gun if you want to eat him

First of all, yes, all .30 caliber ammo is too big, but also the whole goddamn cartridge is also too big.

Watching squirrels turn to red mist can be quite entertaining for some. Especially if they’ve been destroying your shit.

lol it may very fell be if you manage to launch the entire cartridge at them fast enough.
call me crazy but it’s probably easier to fire the bullet the proper way it’s designed to be.

When I squirrel hunt I typically bring my 30-06 I find it to be reliably lethal

Comedic relief aside, consider the size of the round and the size of the squirrel, thats roughly equivalent to shooting a human with a 155 arty round…with similar results.

A fucking farm cat is too much for a squirrel lol

I hate humankind. Imagine squirrels made videos about giant AI teeth biting humans apart? Fuck is wrong with y’all?
Id say not enough
7.62 is the right round for squirrels. ALL THE SQUIRRELS. Just have to get them lined up right.
Haha sometimes

“We fire the whole bullet. That’s 33% more bullet per bullet!”

Depends.
7.62×39?
7.62×54?
In both cases, still yes, but one more than the other
Depends
Let me test it and I’ll report my findings
Not if you are flinging 7.62 cartridges at the squirrels like a ninja with shuriken.
Notice how it says “762” not ” 7.62″ . Completely different calibers.
If you miss, then no
Nah, I use an A-10, works just fine.
But…
Why is there a casing on it?
