my dark conspiracy theory is the indian government purposely lets unsafe standards pass because its a form of population control. The fact the air is so polluted in India that the government doesnt do anything about it is the reason why I have this theory.

I feel like this could be justified if some how there were plans for a future expansion of the flyover such that the two outside lanes would lead to single land bridges to connect to something.
