Snopes says it can’t confirm this guy had anything to do with the Latinos for trump, and that as of 3 months ago, he was still in an ICE facility in CA …. I can’t find any news about him any more recent than that. But he certainly IS deportable, under trump’s pause of the protections that were preventing the administration from deporting people back to places like cuba…. So…. that part COULD be true. Does anyone have any links to news articles about this?
