    1. That wideeyed, offbeat charm is timeless she always looked like she wandered straight out of a dream and onto the screen.

    2. Really tragic story with her. She was not the kind of person who maybe should have even gotten into the business to begin with – then Kubrick recognized that authentic weirdness and expertly used it, which catapulted her far above what she could psychologically handle.

      I’ll always remember her as Olive Oyl. Silly and corny movie but it has good childhood vibes for me.
