This looks like those “places to visit” somewhere like “just 50 minutes outside of Bucharest”.
Normally called an innovation park. The car park is just as big as the park, but absolutely cratered in potholes and puddles.
It’s raining, it’s just you, and a family poking around an old building across the park and even the kids are just standing there bored.
