The front end is carefully hidden from the ad. This is because they seriously botched the Mustang in 1979.

Those years of the Foxbody stangs were not my favorite. They looked like Ford Escorts on cheap steroids.

Weird that the alloy wheels aren’t aligned.

A souped up Plymouth Sunfire. How that brand managed to survive this period is beyond me.

I will never understand the nostalgia for this generation of Mustang. They were shit then and the passage of 45 years has not improved them any.
I can see why some guys fawn over a late 80s 5.0 but this shit was a dark period for Ford

I like the notchback Mustangs of this body style. Also like the quad headlight front end over the later plastic aero headlights.

Always thought 80s-era Mustangs were the beginning of ugly.

I notice they’re not bragging about horsepower or 0-60.

My sister had a Bittersweet Glow 82 that my dad bought new for her and my brother. It had the 6 cylinder and used or leaked a quart of oil every 2000 miles. She drove it for 12 years until it finally caught fire at the Dodge dealership her husband worked at.
