Unlikely to happen again. There was a surge in the Gulf of Maine lobster catch in the early 1990s (in part due to overfishing of lobster predators such as cod and haddock) making the meat unusually cheap.

I get nervous when burger places start adding stuff like seafood on top of chicken and other stuff because that just increases the chance for cross contamination on the line. I learned that lesson with Jack In The Box.

I feel like I had one of these in Freeport, Maine in the late 80s.

Had these in Newburyport Ma. As a kid, was a real treat as we didn’t have a lot of money..my family was disgusted as they felt no way in hell the Mcster could have a good lobstah roll… but I come here to say that it was easily one of my fav fast food memories of a good item, maybe too much mayo but I’m German so 🤷
