At annual performance reviews last year we had to let my son go. We have a stacked ranking system in our family and as the lowest performing family member it was clear he wasn’t the right fit for what our family needed. We offered him a generous severance package and counseling while he transitions to a new family.

My night shift job used to buy us Pizza ranch buffet…. for 11 am on work nights when we worked 10pm-6am….. needles to say no one ever showed up, and I think that was by design

Or sees them as part of the team (for good reason)
if you go management butt deep Diving, you have to accept that you smell
