I went out for a walk today, after a really long time. I really didn't thought of it as something bringing a big impact, but just wanted to move. And, honestly I feel so much better today.

Sometimes stepping outside brings clarity in the mind. I am sure sure, how much it really changed me, it's just been a day. But, I feel good.

If you’re feeling stuck or mentally drained, stepping away for a moment might be the most responsible thing you do for your work today.

Yeh dude for sure. I couldn’t believe how much just walking solves a lot.

Going through a very rough time atm. And I stopped using my car for anything besides my freelancing work. I live in a very hilly area in the forest, so it’s a fair effort to get anywhere even if a short walk.

And man, now the walks are not just physically easier (I don’t get puffed out at all), I know by the end of the walk whatever was troubling me is either gone or feels manageable.

I’ve really learned that I think an issue shouldn’t be solved until you’ve moved your body and been outside for the day.

Rumination and sensitivity is a natural result of excess screen time and being indoors too much. Your body rewards you very quickly with small efforts

Well done for your efforts today 🙂
