Run from your problems [image]

    1. Nice. For those that may be concerned that the problem may go away if you went on a run, don’t. That problem isn’t going away and will likely get worse, so go ignore the problem for an hour or so, go for a run and come back later to deal with the consequences. We can all use a run.

    2. This is funny but to me it’s like meditation. I will come back from a run….maybe not with a solution to whatever problem I am having (but sometimes I do) but with a calmness and a determination to attack it.

      But a lot of times that’s the real solution anyway

    3. Don’t worry the person who caused most of those problems will be right there with you all the way
