Not sure the site’s the problem.

This stops being funny and becomes terrifying when you realise 1 in 3 of the people you meet everyday are dumber than him.

If I had an IQ test website, it would be set up to really rub it in for people with bad scores. Language would be harsher, instead of saying ‘you’d be smarter than…’ it would say ‘… people would be smarter than you’. Maybe state the average IQs of certain nations and where the test taker would rank. Or go on to say whether they should be allowed to vote, or tie their own shoelaces.

Combat stupidity in the dumbest terms possible. Otherwise it won’t understand it’s stupid.

Yeah, 94 isn’t too bad. When you start getting into 80’s and below you can feel some way about IQ. Although, I’m in 110’s and I still feel functionally (word for severely mentally stunted) sometimes.

    4. Even tho IQ isn’t the best way to measure intelligence, you can always tell how they react to their results

    5. There’s one of these IQ sites with an ad on here that just shows people dancing. I don’t know what that has to do with their IQ. It would be funny to show a really high IQ person working in a lab and a low one eating paint or something.

It’s the ‘1/3 pound burger’ all over, where they wanted to make the burger bigger from 1/4 pound, but 3 being smaller than 4 confused people so much it got rejected hard. 1/4 pound being around 113 grams and 1/3 being around 150 grams.

IN A ROOM FULL OF 1000 PEOPLE, YOU WOULD BE SMARTER THAN 345 OF THEM.
      Seems pretty clear to me.

I thought we all knew these posts were ads

Literally every time this exact IQ test site is posted it’s the same exact story about someone getting a low IQ score and not understanding what a percentile is

Edit: OP blocked me so I’m taking that as confirmation

    9. The hilarious part of that post is that it totally validates his IQ score. He’s just too dim to realize it. 🤣

    10. The fact that the person paid for it after doing it with no sign of payment required till the very end is evidence enough that they aren’t very bright.

    11. Narrator: The site did in fact make it clear. Dr Lexus simply lacked the ability to comprehend basic English.

    12. I had a formal IQ test done when I was younger (maybe 5 years old?) that fell into the “highly gifted” category (99.9th percentile). I’ve always been smart but never to the level that the IQ would suggest. I was a top 10% kind of kid for high school, etc. I got to medical school and was firmly in the middle of the pack for my class. I don’t put much stock into IQ tests, even real ones.

    13. This could be much clearer, by being harsh. Like in a room of a 1,000 there are 655 people that are smarter than you and only 345 that are dumber. The line before this should be deleted as the graph is clear enough.

    14. “Top 65%” is a deliberately confusing and misleading way of presenting this information.

    15. These are all ads designed to bait people into taking to prove how much smarter they are than the person posting.

Can we talk about the fact sub 95 scores is now greater than 65% of the population. Last I checked 95-100 was the general average when these scores where designed

    17. This is an ad for their website. OP is clearly either advertising this himself or too stupid to realize. Maybe he’s the one who took the test!

    18. SaltManagement42 on

OOP doesn’t make it clear why that’s not a good thing either. Are they just upset that they’re so similar to all those normal average people out there?
