There’s a frog under a tree somewhere right this second. Living their entire life happy and at peace in a pond. Eating little water bugs and peeping at his friends. Each tree lives on the timescale of hundreds of years, just feeling the seasons change and the rain fall. There’s no reason to hurry yourself to be ok, it’s good to just be.
