Ikigai is … well not something mainstream/daily-life Hara hachi bu is just don’t overeat/do too much. Shoshin is just a description. Wabi-sabi… I have never used this term in daily life in Japan. Ganbaru — just means perservere/do your best… but more often just takes the place of “Good luck” in English. Kakeibo is literally the term for a household budget. Shinrin-yoku is “forest bathing”.. but its not a common or daily thing.
