If Ashli Babbit was “murdered” and her family was awarded millions, than this was also murder. If the was justified than Babbit was justified for Jan 6. President Pedo needs asked what is the difference!!!!! Every MAGA needs drilled over and over what is the difference. They will either have to admit they’re or be their typical hypocritical selves.

well thank god her car didn’t strike persons after she was mortally wounded. that possibility also figures into the shoot/don’t shoot matrix in determining whether the shots were justified and reasonable. frozen pavement was slippery and he could have easily shot another officer or himself.
it’s secondarily apparent they didn’t consider her to be an exigent threat because they all turned tail and got into their cars instead of actually confirming the threat was neutralized so that they could effectively secure the scene.
procedures also generally call for officers to initiate life saving efforts after the scene is secured. they all seemed more interested in leaving or playing not it.
so YES, this guy probably performed as trained
