    1. OP just woke up one morning and was like “Fuck this leg in particular!” And hopped everywhere for 4 months. You crazy guy.

The tarantula I spent three minutes, trying to fight down the drain while I was in the shower once

See if you just walked on your hands the whole time with your legs in the air your arms would be jacked and your legs the same size. That’s on you I guess

    4. I’ve been there after knee surgery when I was 15, though it was only 2 months, but my leg looked essentially the same. I rehabed for 6 months starting with 1/4 lbs of weight going leg lifts. I was up to over 60 lbs per leg when I was done. It sucks, but you’ll be back. DO THE REHAB.

With some physical therapy to get started and prevent injuries, and then every day normal use, you’ll be back in no time 🙂

    6. Man. This really makes me feel for a certain streamer who spent a literal decade confined to her bed. I can only imagine how much atrophy she had to deal with after that.

It’s like the guy w/the giant arm in Lady in the Water! Keep on keeping on. You can do it 💪

    8. Hi mate. I’m not a physio therapist but I am a qualified PT. You are going to want to do a lot of single leg exercises.

One of the best would be Bulgarian Split Squat, though this will be hard. Try doing it assisted.

Until then just do really light Hypertrophy exercises (extensions, hamstring curls and glute bridges etc)

      You’ve got this!

    9. Broke my ankle four months ago. Gain 25 pounds and lost a ton of strength. Back at the gym starting yesterday. Was my first real injury at 40. Gave me a lot of perspective to those that are really hurting. Good luck brother.

This looks like a shot from the werewolf’s transformation scene in American werewolf in London.

    11. This happened to me a few years ago but it was after only like 4-5 days of not using it. My legs still don’t match 😂

Yeah I’ve had that happen to me 3 times now. Broken patella twice and a broken calcaneus + ankle. The calcaneus was in 2024 and I’m still regaining muscle from that as I didn’t walk for close to 6 months.

    13. Been there. The recovery is actually much quicker than you might think. The body will remember.

Once you fully recovered, there will come the day where your right leg is lifting the same weight as the lift in the gym. And it will feel good.

    15. All I can stare at is how long your legs look. Out of curiosity, just how tall are you?

At this point is the hair structural?

JK I wish you a good recovery. It’s crazy how quickly we can loose muscle but we can also build it back 💪

    17. Since it would be said if it were a picture of women’s legs, I have to say it just to even it out.

      Pan down.
