The Chevrolet Classic 6 pictured was one of the first cars with electric starter and headlamps.
It was a competitor to Cadillac more than Ford- The cars got cheaper after Louis Chevrolet left the company.
Only two remaining Classic 6s are known at this time (only one runs).

Fascinating series on the “Story” channel about the rise and fall of American auto makers. GM and Ford were kings and Chrysler and Dodge were spinoffs of exploited/underappreciated engineers who made them great. It is a super good series about American taste in automobiles and the pioneers who lead the charges to anticipate them. I thoroughly enjoyed that series.
