Hilarious watching these, the giant empty ones didn’t release the gas and just put in oven, the super dense one didn’t have a good starter and baked dead dough, no idea what’s going on with the gooey ones, didn’t bake enough?
My first sour dough came out normal, idk how to screw it up as bad as some of these.

It’s one of those things it is really easy to screw up but with a lil practice it’s pretty easy to come up with consistently good loafs and it’s so rewarding

Sourdough apparently has evolutionary forms. I just think we saw them go in the wrong order.

Most overrated bread ever. The French already reached peak bread with their white bread like baguettes and larger loaves of the same type. Why make a more annoying and lesser tasting version of that?

Bread is the kind is thing that takes forever to knead, rest, rise, ect. It’s very frustrating when you spent all that time and it’s a brick.

Many of these they added too much flour while kneading. Some they over kneaded and some they didn’t knead enough. It’s *supposed to* stick to your fingers.

It’s okay, I intended to make 2 loaves of bread for Christmas – one for the stuffing, and one for the dinner – I ended up making 8 and not a single one came out right, so we ended up with stuffing, bread sauce, bread pudding, and a Strata for the next day’s breakfast.
