Does it feel warm to the touch?
If it does then better call your local authorities.

Maybe it’s just a random spot where the sun hits differently, or it’s absorbing heat from the ground beneath it. Still pretty cool to see!

Maybe a warm pipe comes close to the surface under that spot

My first thought was someone recently picked up something off the sidewalk

I wonder if that slab is made of a different material or something! It’s like it’s got its own little force field.

My grandparents have one like these in their driveway. They can remove it to access the sewer/gutter below and appearantly that causes some kind of warmth or something. Its the same material as all the others, just has a hole below it.

Maybe it’s similar to the [Kramatorsk radiological accident](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kramatorsk_radiological_accident), where a capsule containing radioactive material is lost and got mixed with some concrete.
