    1. Yeah, I definitely notice this about myself. Knowing it doesn’t help fix it, though. Daily meditation can definitely reduce my tendency to do this, as can mindfulness, exercise, and other forms of self-care. But a lot of people (myself included) have this so bad and so often that it can feel out of control, so medications are sometimes necessary, too.

      Sometimes, though, I wonder if it would just be easier to drop everything and live in a monastery instead.

    2. If you have any amount of happiness to disappear that means you aren’t paying enough attention to the world around you. Tell that to your vagrant friend there
