Mustang owners will still try to squeeze in the thin rectangle

Honestly, this is smart because now you can line up your car perfectly. Now people have no excuse to park like fuckheads.

As a short person I appreciate this 🙂

I think it’s a great idea. I mean why not, minimal extra effort and useful to drivers.

Wonder if that improves the accuracy of people’s parking? 🤔

And my mom would still ignore them just because her being old entitles her to such behaviour 💢

Neat, but I’ll keep reverse parking to see lines in my mirrors

What is the horizontal line on the wall for?

For this to work in America, you’d need to paint lines higher than the average 10 year old kid

I assume it is for reverse parking combined with back up cameras.

We’ve got that in our condo. It makes lining up easier.

Both of these cars are parked above the line.

I must admit, depending on the angle I come into a parking spot in, there have been many times when I wondered if I was centered in the spot or not so having lines on the wall would be super helpful.
Also having those gaps in the parking spaces is lowkey probably more important than having the lines in the walls.

LINES! We don’t need no stinkin’ lines.

Sometimes you see a thing that makes you question “why isn’t this standard everywhere??”
we do that here as well. though some genius decided to make the parking spaces smaller and the wall lines don’t match with the lines on the ground. unfortunately, I can’t attach pictures here

Idiot proofing. Everyone needs it.

Been driving daily for 12 years, I can park in any spot no issues at all… But damn I’d love this to be everywhere

I dig it. This would be hugely helpful if they also marked off disabled-only access stalls on the walls (and the NO PARKING loading zones needed for us wheelchair users), and added the international symbol. ♿️

Maybe this should be the new standard?
