Those dudes and their names are stock characters from old WWII movies – the cocky Italian from the Bronx with a sweetheart named Rita, good ‘ol country boy sharp shooter from Tennessee, naive square kid off a farm in Kansas, grizzled sarge from Chicago… all fighting the Nazis together! Imagine that.
