You might be able to excuse a single (or even annual) cognitive test for someone in the White House as routine, particularly in old age. No one takes multiple test unless their doctor is tracking *progression* of dementia.

Bragging about them make people think you are being tested daily.” Or, do they have those conversations daily and he forgets as soon as they finish.
